This week is an opportunity to celebrate inclusion and promote the visibility and participation of women and girls in sports.
Sport is important to us and we want to support our clubs and coaches in improving their knowledge and understanding of women’s health to keep Rowing accessible to all - no matter what the time of the month.
When we understand menstruation, we help address the stigma around periods and empower women to take care of their bodies.
Scottish Rowing have created a downloadable PDF with some helpful information and resources to open the conversation regarding periods and women's health to allow clubs and coaches to promote a positive environment for all.
