The Firhill Youth Project and Community Sports Hub SCIO is supported by key partners Scottish Rowing, Glasgow Life/Sport, Glasgow Kayak Club, Partick Thistle Football Club and is a voluntary organisation which aims to positively impact lives in the North Glasgow community. Based at the Firhill Basin, we provide local young people with a number of free/affordable, accessible, and sustainable opportunities to become active and stay active in their local community through rowing and other water sports activities. We understand the necessity for young people to have meaningful opportunities to participate in sport and physical activity, and it is our mission to help break down the barriers that currently hinder their participation.
