Scottish Rowing Junior Pathway Strength & Conditioning ProgrammeDevelop Strength. Build Confidence. Enhance Performance.
Scottish Rowing is launching a new Junior Pathway Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Programme, providing junior athletes with access to high-quality coaching, structured training plans, and performance development support throughout the season.
The programme is designed to help young rowers develop the strength, movement skills, and training habits required to support long-term progression in the sport.
Alongside athlete development, the programme will also support coaches by providing opportunities to observe sessions, gain practical insights, and access supplementary S&C resources.
