sportscotland logo Sportscotland is the national agency for sport. It is the lead agency for the development of sport and has a clear focus on developing and supporting a world class sporting system.
NLC logo North Lanarkshire Council owns and operates the FISA Grade A rowing course at Strathclyde Park as well as the watersport centre adjacent to the Scottish Rowing Centre.
GCC Glasgow City Council supports the Glasgow Schools Rowing Project which provides secondary school pupils across the city with the opportunity to take part in indoor rowing, progressing to a learn to row programme on the water.
British Rowing logo British Rowing is the national governing body for rowing in England and responsible for the training and selection of individual rowers and crews representing Great Britain. It is also responsible for the participation in and development of rowing and indoor rowing in England.
WOFS logo Work out For Sport matches skilled volunteers from the business sector with sports clubs and organisations in Scotland. A number of Scottish Rowing clubs have benefitted from this programme.
