Scottish Rowing is running a UKCC Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Course at the Scottish Rowing Centre, Motherwell in October and November 2017.
The course is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach progression route to UKCC Level 3 in Coaching Strength and Conditioning. This course is also a pre requisite to UKCC Level 3 in Coaching Rowing. Further information about the course is available here.
The course cost is £295 including admin per candidateThe maximum number of candidates is 16The minimum number of candidates is 8
The course will be run over 4 days as follows: 2 days (one weekend) 4 week gap, 2 days (one weekend)
Dates: 14th & 15th October – 25th & 26th November 2017Venue: The Scottish Rowing Centre, 366 Hamilton Road, Motherwell, ML1 3ED
Candidate Prerequisites: Minimum age: 18 years oldQualification: UKCC Level 2 in Rowing (or equivalent)Emergency first aid (including CPR)
