Join us as Scottish Rowing embarks on a nationwide roadshow to shape our next ten-year Strategic Plan. We want every member’s voice in designing an ambitious future for rowing in Scotland - whether you’ve just taken up the sport as a beginner or you’ve been racing for decades, your ideas matter.

 Why Your Voice Matters

Our rowing community is at its best when every member has a say. These roadshow sessions give you the chance to:

  • Share your experiences and ideas
  • Influence the strategic direction of Scottish Rowing
  • Connect directly with fellow members and leaders

By hearing directly from members, our next strategy will reflect the real needs and aspirations of clubs right across Scotland.

From the Chair

“We’re at a pivotal moment for rowing in Scotland. This roadshow is about listening as much as leading - every idea shared will help us create a strategy that truly reflects our community’s passion, diversity and ambition.” Dr Laura Graham, Chair of Scottish Rowing
