Scottish Rowing has launched new codes of conduct for coaches, athletes and parents and carers.
These codes of conduct define what is considered positive and appropriate behaviour within Scottish Rowing. They reflect the values held by our sport and outline the expected conduct of members while they take part in the sport or perform their roles. They will also be used as a benchmark to assess whether certain behaviours are acceptable or not acceptable.
