Safe Sport Case Officer

Position: Safe Sport Case Officer (Contract for Services)

Responsible to: Lead Child Wellbeing and Protection Officer

Contract Type: 2 days per week 
Contract for service until 31 March 2026 

Location: Remote, occasional travel for case work as needed with the option of working from Scottish Rowing’s base at Strathclyde Park, Motherwell.

Fee: £200 per day

Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Summary

Scottish Rowing is seeking an experienced safeguarding professional to join us on a contract for services basis (initially until 31 March 2026). You will provide expert case management, advice and support in line with our commitment to safe sport, strong governance and inclusion.

Head of Development and Coaching

We are seeking a Head of Development and Coaching to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the growth and development of the sport at all levels..

The Head of Development and Coaching will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of Scottish Rowing’s development objectives with a focus on strong clubs, inspired people (including coaches, umpires and volunteers) and quality events.

Location – Hybrid (Office Location – Strathclyde Park, Motherwell)

Contract Type - Full-time, Permanent (subject to continued external funding)

Salary -  £38,000 - £40,000 (subject to experience) + excellent benefits pack
