The Scottish Rowing AGM will take place on Sunday 10th October 2021.
In light of the success of the online meeting last year, it is currently the intention to hold a similar online meeting this year. As always, clubs will be entitled to send two representatives to the meeting or to appoint a proxy. Details of how to do this and how to attend the virtual meeting will be included with the formal notice of the meeting.
Club committees are asked to submit any formal business for the meeting to the Scottish Rowing administrator by 9th September in accordance with the Article 9.6 of the Articles of Association (see below). Nominations from clubs for Board positions should also be received by this date. Formal notice of the meeting will be given no later than 18th September.
Martin Claxton, Scottish Rowing President steps down from the Board at the next AGM after 12 years and nominations are invited from clubs for the role of Scottish Rowing President.
Nominations are also invited for the role of Director of Development.

Notice of resolutions to be considered and voted on at an Annual General Meeting must be submitted in writing to the Company no later than 30 clear days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting. To be valid, resolutions must be:
a) Submitted by a Club Member and proposed and signed by two officials of that Club Member (and which may be delivered to the Company by letter, electronic mail, facsimile or otherwise as the Directors may from time-to-time permit); or
b) Proposed by the Board”
