Scottish Rowing will be holding a Junior Early ID Training Day at Strathclyde Park on Sunday 15th October as part of the Junior Development Programme for the 2017/18 season, providing an early season opportunity for the leading junior rowers and coxes from across Scotland to get together.

The Scottish Rowing Junior Early ID Training Day is open to J16/17/18 athletes targeting Scotland Rowing Team selection for the 2018 Home International Regatta.

Participation in the Training Day will be in crew boats with athletes invited to attend in club or composite crews – scullers in 2x/4x and sweep athletes in 4-/4+.  All athletes are required to supply their own boats and attend with their coach or a responsible adult.

The Training Day will commence at 10am with a rowing technique workshop followed by two on-water sessions and will finish by approximately 3pm.  All participants should bring a packed lunch for between sessions, a water bottle and clothing appropriate to the weather conditions.

Registration

All rowers and coxes wishing to attend the Scottish Rowing Junior Early ID Training Day are required to individually complete the online registration form below by no later than Tuesday 10th October.
