Participants at the Scottish Disability Sport Summer Camp had fun trying out indoor rowing on Wednesday.  John Blair of Scottish Rowing and Kirsteen Lyth of Castle Semple Rowing Club put 4 groups of children and young people through their paces with a 200m ergo challenge.

This was the first time that Scottish Rowing had attended the camp, an annual event held at Inverclyde and it was deemed a great success.  Lynne Glen, of Scottish Disability Sport said,
"...the session was amazing.  It included and challenged every one of our athletes".
