Strathclyde Park Rowing Club - Rowing Coach

Strathclyde Park Rowing Club is seeking an appropriately experienced Rowing Coach to provide coaching for juniors aged 12 - 18 from August 2017.

The position is for a Tuesday evening 6-8pm and Saturday mornings 10-12noon and may require travelling with the club to races within the UK as required, including at weekends.

Ideally candidates will hold the UKCC Level 2 Coaching in Rowing certificate, First Aid certificate and RYA recognised powerboat certificate. For the right applicant, the club may assist in acquiring these qualifications.

Coaches will be responsible for registering with HMRC for self-employment and declaring all tax contributions. Coaches need to be members of Scottish Rowing for insurance reasons.

Salary: £10 - £15 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
