Edinburgh University Boat Club (EUBC) is one of the most progressive and exciting rowing programmes in the UK. It is recognised and supported by GB Rowing, Scottish Rowing & sportscotland. EUBC has a track record of coaching rowers to challenge for a place in the GB Rowing National Squads and is committed to Rowing's World Class Performance Strategy
We seek a Performance Development Coach to support the Head of Rowing and his coaching team to develop further the EUBC programme, setting out structured, innovative and challenging sessions (daily / weekly / monthly) to achieve optimal rowing performance. The post holder will deliver coaching, planning and development of the University’s critical feeder ‘novice/performance development’ group.
You will be experienced in rowing, ideally with a UKCC L2 qualification (or equivalent), have demonstrable experience of supporting high performance rowing plans and at least 2 years’ experience in high performance rowing and/or coaching
